  WB analysis of human placenta using 23058-1-AP

  human placenta tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 23058-1-AP (F7 Antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

Background Information

F7(Coagulation factor VII) is also named as serum prothrombin conversion accelerator(SPCA). It is the key triggering enzyme of the extrinsic coagulation pathway. Hepatocytes are the predominant source of F7 production under normal physiologic conditions, although F7 is also expressed by monocytes/macrophages in inflammation and atherosclerosis(PMID:17018600). This protein has 2 isoforms produced by alternative splicing.
