  WB analysis of HT-29 using 83921-3-RR (same clone as 83921-3-PBS)

  HT-29 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83921-3-RR (FAM185A antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83921-3-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IHC staining of human ovarian cancer using 83921-3-RR (same clone as 83921-3-PBS)

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human ovarian cancer slide using 83921-3-RR (FAM185A antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 (under 20x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83921-3-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83921-3-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83921-3-RR against Human FAM185A were performed. The affinity constant is below 1 pM.
