Background Information
FAM20C, also named as Golgi-enriched fraction casein kinase or Dentin matrix protein 4, is a 584 amino acid protein, which belongs to the FAM20 family. FAM20C is widely expressed. FAM20C as a Calcium-binding kinase that phosphorylates the caseins and several secreted proteins implicated in biomineralization, including the secretory calcium binding phosphoproteins (SCPP).

Reviews
What customers say
The single review for this antibody is strongly negative. The reviewer (Doug Chan, May 2019) rated it 1 star and stated it "does not work," calling it "garbage" and advising others not to waste their money. They used a 1:1000 dilution for Western Blot on MDA-MB-231 cells, a line in which they could readily detect FAM20C by mass spectrometry, yet the antibody failed to produce a signal.
The reviews below have been submitted by verified Proteintech customers who received an incentive for providing their feedback.
Doug (Verified Customer) (05-01-2019) | Does not work. This antibody is garbage. Don't waste your money.
