  WB analysis of human placenta using 20425-1-AP

  human placenta tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 20425-1-AP (Fibulin-1 antibody at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IP experiment of human placenta using 20425-1-AP

  IP result of anti-Fibulin-1 (IP:20425-1-AP, 4ug; Detection:20425-1-AP 1:700) with human placenta tissue lysate 2600 ug.

• 

  IF Staining of HeLa using 20425-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20℃ Ethanol) fixed HeLa cells using 20425-1-AP (Fibulin-1 antibody) at dilution of 1:50 and Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
