  WB analysis of A431 using 22081-1-AP (same clone as 22081-1-PBS)

  A431 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 22081-1-AP (FOXD4L6 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 22081-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

Forkhead box protein D4-like 6(FOXD4L6)also named as FOXD4 like 6 is a 417 amino acid protein, which contains one fork head DNA-binding domain. FOXD4L6 localizes in the nucleus. The molecular weight of FOXD4L6 is 46kDa, but our experiment always detected a 60-70kDa protein by western blot.
