  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 84311-6-RR (FTSJ3 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84311-6-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of MCF-7 using 84311-6-RR (same clone as 84311-6-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed MCF-7 cells using FTSJ3 antibody (84311-6-RR, Clone: 241507F2 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84311-6-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 84311-6-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 84311-6-RR against Human FTSJ3 were performed. The affinity constant is 0.68 nM.
