  WB analysis using 82971-1-RR (same clone as 82971-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 82971-1-RR (GARNL1 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82971-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  WB result of GARNL1 antibody (82971-1-RR; 1:1000; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-GARNL1 transfected HEK-293 cells. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82971-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of U2OS using 82971-1-RR (same clone as 82971-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 U2OS cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug GARNL1 Recombinant antibody (82971-1-RR, Clone:230165F11) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82971-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 82971-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 82971-1-RR against Human GARNL1 were performed. The affinity constant is 99.6 pM.

Background Information

GARNL1/RalGAPα1, a major α subunit of the Ral-GTPase activating protein in skeletal muscle, is a protein whose phosphorylation and binding to the regulatory 14-3-3 proteins is stimulated by insulin and also by muscle contraction (PMID:24768767).
