  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Methanol) fixed HeLa cells using GART antibody (67939-1-Ig, Clone: 2A11E2 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 67939-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of HeLa using 67939-1-Ig (same clone as 67939-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug GART Monoclonal antibody (67939-1-Ig, Clone:2A11E2) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) (SA00013-1)(red), or 0.25 ug Mouse IgG1 isotype control Mouse McAb (66360-1-Ig, Clone: 1F8D3) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Intracellular Flow Cytometry Fixation & Permeabilization Buffer Kit (PF00019). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 67939-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
