  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 14723-1-AP (GOLGA7 antibody) at dilution of 1:800 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 14723-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

GOLGA7 (Golgin subfamily A member 7) is an acylated Golgi protein that interacts with GCP170 protein (PMID: 14522980). The ZDHHC9-GOLGA7 complex is a palmitoyltransferase specific for HRAS and NRAS. The ZDHHC5-GOLGA7 protein acyltransferase complex promotes nonapoptotic cell death (PMID: 31631010).
