  WB analysis of HEK-293 using 14046-1-AP

  HEK-293 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 14046-1-AP (HLCS antibody) at dilution of 1:700 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of human kidney using 14046-1-AP

  human kidney tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 14046-1-AP (HLCS antibody) at dilution of 1:800 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.
