  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Methanol) fixed HeLa cells using HSP60 antibody (86275-1-RR, Clone: 250248D1 ) at dilution of 1:800 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 86275-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 86275-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 86275-1-RR against Human HSPD1 were performed. The affinity constant is 7.43 nM.

Background Information

HSPD1, also known as HSP60, belongs to the chaperonin family and acts as a chaperone to enhance cell survival under physiological stresses.
