  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83702-5-RR (Haptoglobin antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83702-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IHC staining of mouse liver using 83702-5-RR (same clone as 83702-5-PBS)

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse liver tissue slide using 83702-5-RR (Haptoglobin antibody) at dilution of 1:500 (under 40x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83702-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83702-5-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83702-5-RR against Mouse Haptoglobin were performed. The affinity constant is 0.291 nM.

Background Information
