  FC experiment of human PBMCs using 98214-1-RR (same clone as 98214-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 untreated or PHA treated human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human ICOS/CD278 Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (98214-1-RR, Clone: 241770G11) and PE-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were co-stained with APC Anti-Human CD3 (OKT3) Mouse IgG2a Recombinant Antibody (APC-65569, Clone: OKT3). Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98214-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98214-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

Inducible T cell co-stimulator (ICOS) is related to the CD28 superfamily and is highly expressed on activated T cells as well as regulatory T cells and is crucial for the survival and function of T cells, Th2 cell differentiation, and lung inflammatory responses. Binding ICOS to ICOS-ligand (ICOS-L) activates a cascade of intracellular signaling molecules that prevent apoptosis and lead to the production of cytokines such as IL-4 and IL-13.
