IHCeasy NF-L Ready-To-Use IHC Kit
NF-L Ready-to-use reagent kit for IHC.
Human, rat, mouse
Cat no : KHC0044
68 kDa neurofilament protein, NEFL, Neurofilament L, NF, NF68, NFL, NF-L
KHC0044 is a ready-to-use IHC kit for staining of NF-L(neurofilament, light polypeptide). The kit provides all reagents, from antigen retrieval to cover slip mounting, that require little to no diluting or handling prior to use. Simply apply the reagents to your sample slide according to the protocol and you're steps away from obtaining high-quality IHC data.

Neurofilaments are the 10 nm intermediate filaments found specifically in neurons. They are a major component of the cell's cytoskeleton, and provide support for normal axonal radial growth. Neurofilaments usually contain three intermediate filament proteins: L, M, and H, which are involved in the maintenance of neuronal caliber. The names given to the three major neurofilament subunits are based upon the apparent molecular weight of the mammalian subunits on SDS-PAGE: NF-L, 65-68 kDa; NF-M,145-160 kDa and NF-H, 200-220 kDa. This kit is specific to NF-L.
|Storage Instructions||All the reagents are stored at 2-8°C. The kit is stable for 6 months from the date of receipt.|
