  WB analysis of K-562 using 83471-5-RR (same clone as 83471-5-PBS)

  K-562 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83471-5-RR (IKZF4 antibody) at dilution of 1:20000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83471-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed U2OS cells using IKZF4 antibody (83471-5-RR, Clone: 240357D5 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) (SA00013-1), CL594-Phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83471-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of U2OS using 83471-5-RR (same clone as 83471-5-PBS)

  1x10^6 U2OS cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug IKZF4 Recombinant antibody (83471-5-RR, Clone:240357D5) and APC-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83471-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83471-5-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83471-5-RR against Human IKZF4 were performed. The affinity constant is 21.3 nM.
