  Sample test of MP50004-1

  Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) were cultured unstimulated or stimulated with 10 μg/mL PHA for 3 days or 5 days. The mean IL17A concentration was undetected in unstimulated PBMC supernatant, 126.6 pg/mL in PBMC supernatant stimulated with PHA for 1 day and 251.8 pg/mL in PBMC supernatant stimulated with PHA for 5 days.

  Sample test of MP50004-1

  Twenty-four serum samples from volunteers were evaluated for human IL-17A in this assay. twenty-two samples measured less than the lowest standard, 31.25 pg/mL. Two samples measured 98.5 pg/mL and 107.5 pg/mL respectively. No medical histories were available for the donors used in this study.

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 69021-2-Ig against Human IL-17A were performed. The affinity constant is 0.29 nM.
