  FC experiment of human PBMCs using 98363-1-RR (same clone as 98363-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 untreated or PMA, Ionomycin and Brefeldin A treated human PBMCs were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human IL-3 Rabbit RecAb (98363-1-RR, Clone: 240417E1) and PE-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were co-stained with CoraLite® Plus 647 Anti-Human CD4. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer. Treated human PBMCs were pre-stimulated with anti-human CD3/CD28 and recombinant human IL-2 and IL-4. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98363-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Untreated human PBMCs were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human IL-3 Rabbit RecAb (98363-1-RR, Clone: 240417E1) and PE-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (black, dashed). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer. Treated human PBMCs were pre-stimulated with anti-human CD3/CD28 and recombinant human IL-2 and IL-4. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98363-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

Interleukin-3 (IL-3) is a multilineage hematopoietic growth factor that promotes the proliferation, differentiation and survival of early multilineage hematopoietic progenitors. In particular, this cytokine plays a key role in stimulating the proliferation and survival of myeloid precursors. It is involved in a variety of cell activities such as cell growth, differentiation and apoptosis.
