  IHC staining of human tonsil using 98206-10-RR (same clone as 98206-10-PBS)

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human tonsil tissue slide using 98206-10-RR (IL-7 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 (under 10x lens).   1x10^6 Raji cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human IL-7 Rabbit RecAb (98206-10-RR, Clone: 252658G1) (red) or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG Isotype Control Recombinant Antibody (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9) (blue), and PE-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Intracellular Flow Cytometry Fixation & Permeabilization Buffer Kit (PF00019). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98206-10-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

Interleukin-7 (IL-7) is a cytokine involved in B and T cell development. It plays an active role in the development, survival, maintaining and restoring homeostasis of mature T lymphocytes and is a key regulator of the commitment, survival, proliferation and maturation of B cells during development. Furthermore, IL-7 can improve the antiviral function and expansion of natural killer (NK) cells and regulate the development and differentiation of dendritic cells.
