  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83590-6-RR (INTS4 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83590-6-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IHC staining of human ovary cancer using 83590-6-RR (same clone as 83590-6-PBS)

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human ovary cancer tissue slide using 83590-6-RR (INTS4 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 (under 20x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83590-6-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83590-6-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83590-6-RR against Human INTS4 were performed. The affinity constant is 0.149 nM.

Background Information

Integrator complex subunit 4 (INTS4), a helical repeat protein, plays a key role in stabilizing nuclease domains and other components. INTS4 is a specific and conserved interaction partner of INTS9/11 heterodimer that does not interact with either subunit individually (PMID: 29471365). INTS4 plays a role in achieving a compact nuclease/pseudonuclease configuration resembling that observed for CPSF73/100 in the histone-processing machinery (PMID: 33548203).
