  FC experiment of mouse splenocytes using 65681-3-AR (same clone as 65681-3-PBS)

  1x10^6 mouse splenocytes were surface stained with 0.25 ug Hamster IgG Isotype Control (PIP) (65681-3-AR, Clone:PIP)(red in histogram) and FITC-conjugated Anti-Armenian Hamster IgG antibody, or 0.25 ug Anti-Mouse CD3e (145-2C11) (65060-1-Ig, Clone: 145-2C11) (green in histogram), or unstained cells(blue in histogram). Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 65681-3-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

The PIP immunoglobulin is useful as an isotype-matched control. The PIP immunolglobulin is specific for Glutathione S-transferase and can be used as an isotype control for Armenian Hamster IgG antibodies. This antibody has been quality-tested for flow cytometry as negative control.
