FC experiment of mouse splenocytes using 99026-1-HR (same clone as 99026-1-PBS)
1x10^6 mouse splenocytes were surface stained with 0.25 ug Human IgG1 kappa isotype control RecAb (99026-1-HR, Clone: 262113A1) (red in histogram), 0.25 ug Anti-Mouse CD23 Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (98164-1-RR, Clone: 241385D1) (green in histogram), or unstained cells (blue in histogram), and PE-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 99026-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

This product is an isotype control antibody, which is used to estimate the non-specific binding of target primary antibodies due to Fc receptor binding or other protein-protein interactions. An isotype control antibody should have the same immunoglobulin type and be used at the same concentration as the test antibody.
