  FC experiment of human PBMCs using 65244-1-Ig

  1X10^6 human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.2 ug Anti-Mouse IgG2a Isotype Control (65244-1-Ig, Clone:MOPC-173) and CoraLite®647-Conjugated AffiniPure Donkey Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:1000 (red), or Anti-Human CD3 (Hit3a) and CoraLite®647-Conjugated AffiniPure Donkey Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:1000 (green), or unstained (blue). Cells were not fixed. Lymphocytes were gated.
