IHC staining of human tonsillitis using 98744-1-RR (same clone as 98744-1-PBS)
Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human tonsillitis tissue slide using 98744-1-RR (IgM antibody) at dilution of 1:500 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98744-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

FC experiment of human PBMCs using 98744-1-RR (same clone as 98744-1-PBS)
1x10^6 human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human Human IgM Rabbit RecAb (98744-1-RR, Clone: 252244H7) or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG Isotype Control Recombinant Antibody (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9), and PE-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were then stained with APC Anti-Human IgD. Cells were incubated with FC Receptor Block prior to staining. Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98744-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
