Background Information

IL-3RA, also named as CD123 and SUT-1, is the alpha subunit of the interleukin 3 (IL-3) receptor, which is part of the type I cytokine receptor superfamily (PMID: 25043189). It can regulate the proliferation, survival, and differentiation of hematopoietic cells. In mouse, there are two classes of high-affinity IL-3 receptors. One contains an IL-3-specific beta subunit and the other contains the beta subunit also shared by high-affinity IL-5 and GM-CSF receptors. This antibody is specific for mouse Il3ra.
