  WB analysis of HEK-293T using 83684-6-RR (same clone as 83684-6-PBS)

  HEK-293T cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83684-6-RR (Interferon alpha 1/IFNA1 antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83684-6-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83684-6-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83674-1-RR against Human Interferon alpha 1/IFNA1 were performed. The affinity constant is 0.217 nM.
