  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 26637-1-AP (JMJD1C antibody) at dilution of 1:800 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 26637-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HeLa cells using JMJD1C antibody (26637-1-AP) at dilution of 1:1000 and Multi-rAb CoraLite ® Plus 488-Goat Anti-Rabbit Recombinant Secondary Antibody (H+L) (RGAR002), CL594-phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 26637-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
