Background Information

KIAA0774, also named as MTUS2, CAZIP and TIP150, binds microtubules. It may regulate the dynamics of microtubules at their growing distal tip. KIAA0774 has three isoforms with MW 150 kDa, 41 kDa and 30 kDa.
