• 

  WB analysis of mouse ovary using 20637-1-AP

  mouse ovary tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 20637-1-AP (KIAA1191 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of mouse uterus using 20637-1-AP

  mouse uterus tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 20637-1-AP (KIAA1191 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IHC staining of human stomach using 20637-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human stomach tissue slide using 20637-1-AP (KIAA1191 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 20x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).
