  IF Staining of A549 using 82898-1-RR (same clone as 82898-1-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed A549 cells using KPNA4 antibody (82898-1-RR, Clone: 230098H3 ) at dilution of 1:1000 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2), CL594-Phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82898-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of HeLa using 82898-1-RR (same clone as 82898-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.13 ug Anti-Human KPNA4 (82898-1-RR, Clone:230098H3) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:166 (red), or 0.13 ug rabbit IgG isotype control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82898-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 82898-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 82898-1-RR against Human KPNA4 were performed. The affinity constant is 0.417 nM.
