  WB analysis using 82898-1-RR (same clone as 82898-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 82898-1-RR (KPNA4 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82898-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  WB result of KPNA4 antibody (82898-1-RR; 1:5000; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-KPNA4 transfected A549 cells. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82898-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of U2OS using 82898-1-RR (same clone as 82898-1-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed U2OS cells using KPNA4 antibody (82898-1-RR, Clone: 230098H3 ) at dilution of 1:500 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2), CL594-Phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82898-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of HeLa using 82898-1-RR (same clone as 82898-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.13 ug Anti-Human KPNA4 (82898-1-RR, Clone:230098H3) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:166 (red), or 0.13 ug Rabbit IgG control Rabbit PolyAb (30000-0-AP, Clone: ) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82898-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 82898-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 82898-1-RR against Human KPNA4 were performed. The affinity constant is 0.417 nM.
