  HeLa cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83415-3-RR (KRT77 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83415-3-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83415-3-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83415-3-RR against Human KRT77 were performed. The affinity constant is 0.209 nM.

Background Information

Keratins are intermediate filament proteins responsible for the structural integrity of epithelial cells and are subdivided into epithelial keratins and hair keratins.The KRT77 gene is a type II epithelial cell α-keratin gene family member that is expressed in the skin and eccrine sweat glands. KRT77 has N- and C-terminal domains and a central rod domain consisting of 4 alpha-helical regions separated by 3 nonhelical linker sequences.
