• 

  WB analysis using 55208-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 55208-1-AP (L-Plastin antibody) at dilution of 1:8000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IHC staining of human colon cancer using 55208-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human colon cancer tissue slide using 55208-1-AP (L-Plastin antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 40x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

• 

  IF Staining of A431 using 55208-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20℃ Ethanol) fixed A431 cells using 55208-1-AP (L-Plastin antibody) at dilution of 1:50 and Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
