  WB analysis of HEK-293 using 10128-2-AP

  HEK-293 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 10128-2-AP (LRRC1 antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IHC staining of human prostate cancer using 10128-2-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human prostate cancer tissue slide using 10128-2-AP (LRRC1 antibody) at dilution of 1:100 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

Background Information

LRRC1 consists of 524 amino acids including 16 leucine-rich repeats and a LAP-specific domain. It has been shown to be highly expressed in several human cancers and can participate in the malignant process of cancer cells, such as hepatocellular carcinoma, breast cancer and non-small cell lung cancer.
