  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83693-3-RR (LRRC47 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83693-3-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of L02 using 83693-3-RR (same clone as 83693-3-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed L02 cells using LRRC47 antibody (83693-3-RR, Clone: 240741A6 ) at dilution of 1:1000 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83693-3-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of U2OS using 83693-3-RR (same clone as 83693-3-PBS)

  1x10^6 U2OS cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug LRRC47 Recombinant antibody (83693-3-RR, Clone:240741A6) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83693-3-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83693-3-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83693-3-RR against Human LRRC47 were performed. The affinity constant is below 1 pM.
