  FC experiment of A431 using 84090-4-RR (same clone as 84090-4-PBS)

  1x10^6 A431 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug MYO9B Recombinant antibody (84090-4-RR, Clone:241163D8) and APC-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84090-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
