RGAM002 targets Mouse IgG (H+L) in FC and IF. It can bind to all mouse IgG isotypes, mouse IgM and IgA as well as rat IgG. It shows minimal reactivity for rabbit, human, pig and bovine IgGs.

FH Julie (Verified Customer) (11-19-2025) | Used as a secondary with CD163 - Recommended dilution is between 1:200 and 1:1000. I tried 1:200, 1:500 and 1:1000 and the 1:1000 dilution worked best, I would even possibly go to 1:1500-1:2000 next time that I use it. 3% BSA seems to be the best block for THP-1 cells as well.
