Background

Usage:
1. After the primary antibody reaction, wash the slides with washing buffer. Apply component A from this product to the slides. React for 10-20 minutes at room temperature.
2. After the reaction, wash the slides with washing buffer. Apply component B from this product to the slides. React for 10-20 minutes at room temperature.
3. Wash and develop the signal by adding substrate.
