  WB analysis using 68082-1-Ig (same clone as 68082-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 68082-1-Ig (NCAPG antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and reblotted with Lamin B1 Monoclonal antibody (66095-1-Ig) as loading control. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 68082-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of U2OS using 68082-1-Ig (same clone as 68082-1-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Methanol) fixed U2OS cells using NCAPG antibody (68082-1-Ig, Clone: 2D4D3 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 68082-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of U2OS using 68082-1-Ig (same clone as 68082-1-PBS)

  1X10^6 U2OS cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug Anti-Human NCAPG (68082-1-Ig, Clone:2D4D3) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:1000 (red), or 0.4 ug Control Antibody. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 68082-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
