• 

  WB analysis of mouse testis using 51114-1-AP

  mouse testis tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 51114-1-AP (NCOA1/SRC-1 antibody) at dilution of 1:400 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of PC-3 using 51114-1-AP

  PC-3 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 51114-1-AP (NCOA1/SRC-1 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.
