Background Information
NCOA2, also named as TIF2, belongs to the SRC/p160 nuclear receptor coactivator family. NCOA2 is a transcriptional coactivator for steroid receptors and nuclear receptors. NCOA2 is required with NCOA1 to control energy balance between white and brown adipose tissues. Chromosomal aberrations involving NCOA2 may be a cause of acute myeloid leukemias. This antibody is specific to NCOA2.
