  WB analysis of mouse heart using 27931-1-AP

  mouse heart tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 27931-1-AP (NDUFB4 antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IHC staining of human stomach cancer using 27931-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human stomach cancer tissue slide using 27931-1-AP (NDUFB4 antibody) at dilution of 1:100 (under 20x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  IF Staining of HeLa using 27931-1-AP
