Tested Applications
| Positive WB detected in | IFN gamma treated THP-1 cells |
| Positive IHC detected in | human lung cancer tissue Note: suggested antigen retrieval with TE buffer pH 9.0; (*) Alternatively, antigen retrieval may be performed with citrate buffer pH 6.0 |
Recommended dilution
| Application | Dilution |
|---|---|
| Western Blot (WB) | WB : 1:500-1:2000 |
| Immunohistochemistry (IHC) | IHC : 1:200-1:800 |
| It is recommended that this reagent should be titrated in each testing system to obtain optimal results. | |

Background Information
The nucleotide-binding domain leucine-rich repeat containing (NLR) family of proteins is mainly involved in microbial pathogen recognition, inflammatory responses, and cell death. NLRC5, the largest member of the NLR family, is currently receiving an increasing level of attention. NLRC5 plays a role in cytokine response and antiviral immunity through its inhibition of NF-kappa-B activation and negative regulation of type I interferon signaling pathways.
