• 

  WB analysis using 12043-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 12043-1-AP (NOL8 antibody) at dilution of 1:6000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IP experiment of COLO 320 using 12043-1-AP

  IP result of anti-NOL8 (IP:12043-1-AP, 4ug; Detection:12043-1-AP 1:4000) with COLO 320 cells lysate 2560 ug.

  IF Staining of HepG2 using 12043-1-AP
