  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 55051-1-AP (NRXN1 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 55051-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse brain tissue slide using 55051-1-AP (NRXN1 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 10x lens). Background Information

NRXN1 (also known as NRX1A and KIAA0578) is a member of the neurexin family. It is a neuronal cell surface protein that may be involved in cell recognition and cell adhesion. NRXN1 may mediate intracellular signaling. The antibody is specific to NRXN1 alpha.
