Background Information
NT5C1B, also named as AIRP, FKSG85, CN-IB, CN1B and MGC26640, belongs to the 5'-nucleotidase type 3 family. NT5C1B dephosphorylates the 5' and 2'(3')-phosphates of deoxyribonucleotides. It helps to regulate adenosine levels. NT5C1B catalyzes the reaction: A 5'-ribonucleotide + H2O = a ribonucleoside + phosphate. This antibody is specific to NT5C1B. It recognizes all the isoforms of NT5C1B.
