  The mean OGFR concentration was determined to be 27.9 ng/mL in COLO 320 cell extract based on a 1.5 mg/mL extract load, 11.8 ng/mL in A549 cell extract based on a 1.2 mg/mL extract load, 21.5 ng/mL in HEK-293 cell extract based on a 1.2 mg/mL extract load.
