  IHC staining of human ovarian cancer using 83868-1-RR (same clone as 83868-1-PBS)

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human ovarian cancer slide using 83868-1-RR (PADI2 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 (under 20x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83868-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83868-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83868-1-RR against Human PADI2 were performed. The affinity constant is 1.01 nM.

Background Information

PADI2, also named KIAA0994, PDI2, PAD-H19, and PAD2(Peptidylarginine deiminase II ), belongs to the protein arginine deiminase family. It catalyzes the deimination of arginine residues of proteins. PADI2 may play a regulatory role in the expression of lactation-related genes via histone citrullination during diestrus (PMID:20668670).
