  1x10^6 Caco-2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human PCP4L1 (83093-2-RR, Clone:230203G12) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug rabbit IgG isotype control (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with True-Nuclear Transcription Factor Buffer Set. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83093-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

PCP4L1 (Purkinje cell protein 4-like 1) is a small neuronal IQ motif protein closely related to the calmodulin-binding protein Pcp4/PEP-19 (PMID: 22458599).
