  U-87 MG cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 86366-2-RR (PJA2 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 86366-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

PJA2 is responsible for ubiquitination of cAMP-dependent protein kinase type I and type II-alpha/beta regulatory subunits and for targeting them for proteasomal degradation. It is also essential for PKA-mediated long-term memory processes.
