  WB analysis of A431 using 18497-1-AP (same clone as 18497-1-PBS)

  A431 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 18497-1-AP (POLR2G antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 18497-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Background Information

POLR2G (DNA- directed RNA polymerase II subunit G), also known as hRPB19, hsRPB7 and RPB7, is the seventh largest subunit of RNA polymerase II. POLR2G functions in transcription initiation, and is also thought to help stabilize transcribing polyermase molecules during elongation.
