Background Information
PRR5, also named as PROTOR1 and PP610, is a subunit of mTORC2, which regulates cell growth and survival in response to hormonal signals. PRR5 plays an important role in regulation of PDGFRB expression and in modulation of platelet-derived growth factor signaling. It acts as a tumor suppressor in breast cancer. PRR5 has some isoforms with MW 31-33 kDa and 41-50 kDa.

Reviews
What customers say
The single review for this product is a 5-star rating. The reviewer used the antibody for Western Blot and Immunofluorescence on human motor neurons and reported that it works very well. The antibody is a rabbit polyclonal targeting FUS/TLS, generated against amino acids 260–274 of mouse FUS/TLS, a region identical to the human sequence. Overall, the feedback is positive, with no issues or concerns raised.
The reviews below have been submitted by verified Proteintech customers who received an incentive for providing their feedback.
